Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee occupancy levels, leasing activities, renewals, resident satisfaction, marketing effectiveness, and operational KPIs.

• Recognize trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Create, generate, and present analytics management reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and presentations.

• Examine lease and occupancy data to comprehend the factors influencing property and community performance.

• Assess marketing programs and their conversion rates.

• Analyze resident feedback and engagement metrics to enhance the resident experience.

• Monitor pricing, leasing activities, renewal rates, and other key property management performance indicators.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses for business and operational inquiries.

• Evaluate the impact of changes in procedures, marketing, leasing, and operational practices.

• Contribute to the Property Performance and Operating Efficiencies Program.

• Assist leaders in establishing meaningful performance measures and KPIs.

• Discover opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data quality, and analytical workflows.

• Document analyses, reports, and business recommendations.

• Collaborate with Property Managers, Regional Teams, Marketing, Leasing, Finance, and Senior Leadership.

• Adhere to reporting schedules and deadlines.

• Comply with company policies on technology, privacy, security, and workplace standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in business analytics, operational analytics, product insights, property analytics, or a similar analytic role.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Excel and other spreadsheet applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a virtual team environment.

• Must adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning resident, company, financial, and property information.

• Experience with remote teams and participation in virtual meetings and/or presentations.

• Familiarity with multifamily housing, hospitality, real estate, or property management is an advantage.

• Knowledge of occupancy, lease-up, renewal, resident, or property-level performance indicators.

• Proficiency in business intelligence platforms and tools.

• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools.

• Knowledge of CRM, property management, leasing, or marketing software.

• Experience with dashboards and executive performance reporting.

• Experience in A/B testing, forecasting, benchmarking, or optimization.
