This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the implementation of products as a key member of the Product Solutions team.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams to showcase and support Monitoring solutions.
• Assist in the discovery and solution development for new customer monitoring implementations and ongoing post-launch efforts.
• Engage in product development meetings to comprehend new features and relay customer feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the product and prepare internal teams for continued support of product pilots and implementations.
• Present monitoring solutions to both current and prospective customers, detailing features, benefits, and usage.
• Create and update product documentation for RFPs, FAQs, and other related materials.
• Provide assistance and support during product testing and implementation phases.
• Oversee a substantial volume of product implementation tasks and projects.
• Respond swiftly to situations that require immediate attention or quick turnaround.
• Address issues in customer integrations while coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• A minimum of three years of experience in customer implementations.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Sales and Client Success Teams from pre-sales through to the completion of the implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level B2B SaaS solutions.
• Customer-centric with a strong passion for user experience and interpersonal interactions.
• Ability to comprehend both the technical and business aspects of the product.
• Capability to advocate for the needs of end users.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
• Competence in managing complex problems and engaging diverse stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes.
• Organized, energetic team player with a keen eye for detail.
