Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop user stories and strategize software release schedules.

• Collaborate with teams to manage human resource allocation and prioritize features.

• Communicate effectively, including identifying time risks and creating mitigation plans, as well as preparing status reports.

• Monitor and track customer-reported bugs.

• Partner with the PM and stakeholders to continuously refine business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in business analysis or product management.

• Proficient knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• In-depth understanding of the US healthcare system with experience in various EDI healthcare transactions.

• Familiarity with different integration points for healthcare transactions, such as Claims Adjudication, Claims Pricing, Claims Payment, as well as member, provider, and benefits.

• Solid grasp of data formats, communication protocols, and a basic understanding of programming languages.

• A responsive, responsible, and self-motivated individual, willing to work flexible hours, particularly during pre-release periods.
