Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate contract conditions to ensure adherence to company policies while promoting cost efficiency.

• Validate payments within the internal payment system against contracts and established internal guidelines.

• Supervise and streamline the competitive bidding process.

• Foster and maintain robust, professional relationships with Miratech’s key vendors.

• Establish a procurement competence center to promote best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Drive ongoing enhancements in procurement workflows to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company standards.

• Execute additional responsibilities as needed, in line with the objectives of this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in controlling, finance, procurement compliance, procurement operations, or similar roles involving contract management and internal protocols.

• Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail when assessing contracts, payments, and associated documentation.

• Results-driven and self-assured, with a tactful communication approach when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in multinational and cross-border contexts is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
