Construction Planning and Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, assess, and pre-qualify suppliers;

• Acquire quotes and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, freight costs, contracts, and payment conditions;

• Oversee orders and deliveries, addressing delays and inconsistencies;

• Enhance communication between suppliers and internal teams;

• Assist in payment processes and validate documentation;

• Administer service provider contracts and manage subcontractor documentation;

• Maintain current construction schedules and oversee their implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture;

• Background in civil construction with experience in procurement, purchasing, planning, budgeting/estimating, specifications, or document control;

• Proficient in Advanced/Fluent English (essential for supplier communication and contract evaluation);

• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage;

• Familiarity with digital systems and platforms.
