Procurement Manager, Professional Services and Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate vendor onboarding processes, which includes vendor creation, conducting due diligence reviews, handling documentation, and performing regular compliance assessments.

• Support daily procurement activities across indirect categories such as professional services, marketing, HR, and legal.

• Oversee the entire vendor lifecycle, encompassing RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, evaluation, and ongoing performance assessments.

• Spearhead vendor negotiations related to pricing, quantity, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Provide guidance on contract signing and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

• Assist in knowledge dissemination and training initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement awareness and compliance.

• Play a role in optimizing procurement processes.

• Aid in data analysis, invoice verification, process initiation, and tracking procurement documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

• At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in indirect procurement.

• Additional experience in Compliance, Marketing, Technology, or Professional Services is advantageous.

• A solid understanding of contract terms, process and cost management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and Vendor Assessment protocols.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.

• Proficient negotiation skills and market awareness.

• A background in FinTech, Financial Services, or consulting firms is highly desirable.
