Manager, Property Services Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee contingent workforce programs, encompassing suppliers, technology, pricing, compliance, and contracts.

• Direct sourcing and supplier management initiatives for the contingent workforce and designated service categories.

• Supervise supplier performance, pricing, service levels, business reviews, and improvement strategies.

• Evaluate expenditures, market trends, supplier performance, and operational data to uncover savings and enhance program effectiveness.

• Keep abreast of shifting regulatory and compliance requirements, adjusting program strategies, processes, and supplier prerequisites accordingly.

• Collaborate with property leaders, Supply Management, Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Technology to create solutions that meet operational demands.

• Engage with staffing suppliers, managed service providers, and technology providers to craft competitive and scalable workforce solutions.

• Offer contingent workforce expertise to both property and corporate partners.

• Lead projects related to contingent workforce sourcing from supplier evaluation to contract execution.

• Manage the implementation, technology adoption, supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of designated programs.

• Report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, contingent workforce, supplier management, HR, hospitality operations, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in analyzing pricing, expenditures, supplier performance, or operational data utilizing Microsoft Excel or business intelligence tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience in supporting hospitality, multi-site operations, or other distributed operational environments (advantageous).

• Familiarity with contingent workforce programs, managed service providers, vendor management systems, or workforce technology (beneficial).

• At least two (2) years of experience in category management, technology implementation, or project management (advantageous).
