This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete procurement processes for hardware, software, licensing, and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect requirements, verify requests, and ensure precise ordering.
• Acquire quotes, place orders, and monitor fulfillment with vendors to guarantee timely delivery.
• Manage shipping, delivery, and tracking of hardware and associated equipment.
• Engage with vendors and maintain ongoing relationships, including communication and resolution of issues.
• Assist in the procurement, renewal, and tracking of software licenses.
• Keep meticulous records of orders, licenses, warranties, and vendor agreements.
• Track upcoming renewals and expirations to support service continuity.
• Work with finance and billing teams to ensure alignment between procurement and invoicing processes.
• Aid in coordinating a small team, including device deployment and related tasks.
• Provide assistance with inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and device lifecycle support as needed.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, operations, administrative coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or professional services setting.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy across orders, documentation, and tracking.
• Strong communication skills, with the capacity to coordinate between internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while remaining aligned with team and business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
