This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of the Procurement relationship with the Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate, and other essential stakeholders.
• Responsible for consolidating high and low-range suppliers as well as managing local and community vendor activities.
• Execute programs, conduct supplier audits and QBRs, and implement initiatives to ensure all goals, metrics, and KPIs are achieved.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and enhance procurement strategies.
• Develop and manage various complex eRFPs, analyze the responses, negotiate, and employ other techniques as necessary to secure the desired outcomes.
• Interpret contracts, coordinate SOWs, negotiate with vendors, and ensure proper retention plans for contractual records are in place for the account.
• Advise management on contractual rights, COI escalations, obligations, and other contractual matters, including the effective use of resources and legal issues.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of tracking and reporting mechanisms that produce the necessary outputs and align with requested forms and frequencies.
• Keep organized records to ensure that any implemented system of checks and balances continues to meet requirements for service contracts and additional compliance items.
• Utilize C&W best practices, policies, processes, tools, and templates, incorporating both C&W corporate and Client account specifications, while engaging with Category Managers and preferred suppliers in fulfilling Procurement responsibilities.
• Participate at an appropriate level and frequency in all meetings and demonstrate expertise in client presentation delivery.
• Generate and distribute all required and requested reports.
• Uphold good business practices.
• Address issues from the client regarding supplier performance and quality.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by supervising a Procurement Coordinator who has an indirect reporting relationship.
• Experience with AI-driven procurement, sourcing, and contract management platforms.
• Ability to convert AI-generated insights into strategic recommendations for client leadership.
• Perform various miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is mandatory.
• An MBA or related Master's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, preferably in Facility services or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of Strategic Sourcing processes and demonstrated proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems.
• Must have legal knowledge, the capability to prepare and negotiate agreements and amendments, and the ability to explain contract specifics to clients.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of management.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to identify solutions.
