Procurement Lead, GPU/OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the sourcing and procurement strategy for GPUs and associated compute hardware from OEMs and supplier partners.

• Establish and maintain relationships with GPU manufacturers, OEMs, and distribution partners.

• Negotiate pricing, allocation, and delivery terms for the procurement of compute hardware.

• Collaborate with the Head of Capacity Planning to ensure hardware procurement aligns with capacity forecasts.

• Monitor hardware delivery schedules and proactively address supply risks.

• Analyze GPU market dynamics, availability, and pricing trends.

• Work alongside Legal and Finance on procurement contracts and payment terms.

• Assist in forecasting and budget planning for expenditures related to compute hardware.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware procurement or supply chain management, preferably with GPUs, servers, or compute hardware.

• Preferred established relationships with GPU manufacturers, OEMs, or hardware distributors.

• Strong negotiation capabilities and experience in managing high-value, high-demand procurement categories.

• Knowledge of GPU/compute hardware market dynamics and supply limitations.

• Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities.

• Capacity to manage supplier relationships and proactively mitigate delivery risks.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.

• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, high-demand procurement setting.
