This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Oversee and manage inventory levels across various sales channels.
• Align stock with demand and fulfillment requirements.
• Develop automated workflows utilizing n8n, Claude, and similar tools.
• Streamline reporting, reorder notifications, purchase order creation, and supplier communications through automation.
• Employ AI for forecasting, data analysis, and informed decision-making.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable automated solutions.
• Anticipate demand based on sales patterns and promotional activities.
• Create and manage purchase orders effectively.
• Monitor incoming shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers and fulfillment partners regularly.
• Analyze product costs, inventory turnover rates, and purchasing behaviors.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to enhance profit margins.
• Convert inventory and purchasing data into practical insights.
• Coordinate sourcing, sampling, and quality inspections with internal teams.
• Assist with shipments for influencers and creators.
• Compile inventory and procurement reports.
• Maintain structured, clean, and usable operational data.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong logical and analytical reasoning skills.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, data files, and operational tools.
• Familiarity with fulfillment processes, shipment tracking, and documentation practices.
• Experience in forecasting demand and overseeing purchase orders.
• Excellent communication skills with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Capacity to remain organized while managing numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Keen interest in AI and experience with advanced tools beyond basic prompts.
• Enthusiasm for automating, enhancing, and streamlining workflows.
• Availability for at least 5 hours during typical working hours in the EET time zone.
• Willingness to work on a freelance or B2B basis, with valid self-employment documentation.
