Procurement & Inventory Control Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and acquire device components (smartphones, laptops, computers) through platforms such as Amazon and eBay

• Examine and verify work orders for precision and any inconsistencies

• Manage and process returns (RMA, refunds, credits)

• Monitor inventory consumption and minimize unnecessary expenses

• Keep precise records and documentation

• Collaborate with technicians and operations teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in procurement, inventory management, or purchasing

• Experience with Amazon, eBay, or similar online marketplaces

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Competent in Excel/Google Sheets

• Basic understanding of electronics (preferred)
