This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess simulated requests for new vendor intake.

• Compare prices and contract terms against reliable company reference data.

• Integrate finance, legal, security, and IT evaluations into final approval recommendations.

• Create step-level rubrics and exemplary responses that demonstrate seasoned procurement insight.

• Evaluate simulated company environments for accuracy and any unforeseen discrepancies before tasks commence.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in procurement, spend operations, or vendor management.

• Practical experience managing actual vendor requests and renewals.

• Background in established procurement functions with structured vendor-review processes.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Proficient in providing organized, rubric-based feedback.

• Preferred experience with contemporary spend-management or e-procurement platforms.

• Prior involvement in task writing, rubric creation, or AI training data development is a plus.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
