This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Identify and thoroughly assess profitable online arbitrage products for resale on Amazon US.
• Utilize SellerAmp Advanced Search, reverse sourcing, and storefront sourcing techniques.
• Employ Keepa to confirm pricing, demand, and Buy Box history.
• Emphasize the quality of leads over sheer volume, aiming for around three thoroughly vetted product opportunities per day once fully operational.
• Calculate purchase cost, Amazon referral fees, FBA fees, net profit, and ROI.
• Assess margins at normalized selling prices and projected ROI based on the 90-day average price.
• Analyze trends in sales rank, estimated monthly sales, seller count, seller additions, seller concentration, and Buy Box competition.
• Interpret 90-day price history to identify temporary dips, unusual price fluctuations, and pricing risks.
• Examine intellectual property risks, hazmat restrictions, category or brand gating, and the feasibility of ungating.
• Record every vetted product in a shared Google Sheet, including calculations, source links, demand, competition, Buy Box, pricing, and risk findings.
• Clearly articulate the rationale behind each product's recommendation or lack thereof.
• Offer task-specific remote services to a U.S.-based Amazon seller.
• Operate independently according to defined sourcing criteria and deliver services professionally within established timelines.
• Previous experience in Amazon US online arbitrage sourcing is essential.
• Familiarity with SellerAmp / SAS is highly preferred.
• Experience with Keepa is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of FBA fees, referral fees, net profit, and ROI calculations.
• Proven experience in analyzing Buy Box behavior and seller competition.
• Knowledge of intellectual property risks, hazmat issues, and category/brand gating is required.
• Experience in the Amazon US marketplace is necessary.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets is required.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Experienced in sourcing products for Amazon online arbitrage.
• Possess strong analytical skills and commercial judgment.
• Comfortable with rejecting weaker leads instead of focusing on volume.
• Able to confidently interpret Keepa graphs.
• Strong mathematical accuracy is essential.
• Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation practices.
• Capable of working independently from defined sourcing criteria.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient in SellerAmp / SAS, Keepa, Google Sheets, Amazon US Marketplace, and related research tools.
• Availability for 30 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work from 9:00 PM–3:00 AM PST, subject to a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
• Operate as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
