Procurement Consultant

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives within Keelvar for enterprise clients, utilizing advanced optimization tools to assess multi-round supplier bids and deliver data-driven award recommendations.

• Evaluate and resolve technical inquiries from customers and their suppliers concerning Keelvar's operational capabilities.

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers, anticipating, diagnosing, and interpreting their needs.

• Develop innovative solutions by leveraging our technology that surpasses customer requirements and expectations.

• Become a subject matter expert on Keelvar's software products, including Sourcing Optimization, Autonomous Sourcing, and Rate Manager.

• Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance internal processes and boost operational efficiency.

• Support pre-sales meetings and demonstrations as a technical expert on the product.

• Coordinate with customers and organize training sessions to aid them in utilizing our product effectively.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with other teams and departments, including tier 2 support, customer success managers, and engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4+ years of experience, including internships, in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or management consulting.

• Proficient in sourcing software and automated procurement platforms.

• Familiarity with Sourcing Optimization frameworks and cost-efficiency modeling.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas and pivot tables.

• Experience in leveraging AI technologies and advanced prompt engineering techniques to automate repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy.

• Solid foundation in data analysis, supply chain, and sourcing practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an environment characterized by mutual respect, openness, and collaboration.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling technical challenges.

• Enjoy working alongside motivated individuals, with a commitment to building relationships and delighting customers.

• Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.

• A bachelor's degree in business analytics, supply chain, engineering, data science, or a related field is preferred.

• While not mandatory, professional working proficiency in Spanish is an advantage for this position.
