Procurement Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess suppliers and perform fundamental tasks related to procurement requirements and continuous vendor management.

• Gather and analyze essential information about vendors.

• Proficient in understanding costs, sourcing and evaluating vendors, and presenting proposals to all relevant approvers and decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.

• Familiarity with procurement concepts and processes.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and a basic understanding of financial systems (preferably MS Dynamics and Concur).

• Knowledge of finance business operations.

• Experience working in an agile, project-driven environment with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for delivering information clearly and accessibly.

• Skilled in gathering and presenting pertinent details for escalations.
