Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Monitor expenditures, oversee procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations, including DFARS and FAR.

• Conduct market research to discover cost-effective procurement strategies and suggest improvements for supply chain efficiency.

• Prepare the Procurement Compliance & Cost Efficiency Review, assessing expenditure patterns, contract execution, and adherence to budget.

• Manage chargeback arrangements—pending approval from the Government PM and COR.

• Record all chargeback activities in the centralized license and services ledger to facilitate program-wide visibility and readiness for audits.

• Collaborate with all active Work Orders to monitor, validate, and consolidate software and service license needs across the program.

• Assist in budgeting, documentation, and monitoring of usage for all chargeback arrangements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or

• Four (4) years of equivalent experience in procurement analysis.

• Knowledge and ability to monitor expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.

• Proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and optimizing procurement workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are essential.

• Proven expertise in the DFARS and FAR processes regarding procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational needs.

• Experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.

• Required experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits.
