Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Engage with vendors to obtain optimal pricing while adhering to Remote’s guidelines.

• Oversee the complete procurement process within Coupa, collaborating with key business owners and stakeholders.

• Monitor and track software license renewals to guarantee timely service renewals.

• Collaborate with Remote’s Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Prepare and maintain precise records of all procurement activities.

• Sustain continuous communication with vendors to address and resolve daily issues (e.g., escalating vendor non-performance).

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in indirect (services and SaaS) procurement.

• Strong background in managing vendor relationships.

• Familiarity with Coupa Intake & Orchestration is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient commercial negotiation and contracting skills.

• Effective project management skills.

• Strong documentation capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a globally distributed team.
