This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and dependable operation of the client’s Procore project management database.

• Manage project implementation schedules and custom reporting solutions.

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, including content creation and material preparation.

• Encourage software adoption by identifying user barriers and resistance.

• Provide meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as necessary.

• Spearhead the implementation of all Procore tools, including pre-construction, project management, financials, and integration options.

• Drive the integration of Procore with the client's financial systems.

• Create standard operating procedures utilizing Procore operations in collaboration with client discovery.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procore implementation and administration.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Procore.

• A comprehensive understanding of the Procore finance module.

• Over 4 years of experience in the construction industry related to business processes or project management.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in the construction industry related to business processes or project management.

• Experience in the technology sector concerning software implementations and administration.

• Background in customer service relevant to software support.

• Familiarity with construction project management systems (e.g., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.).
