Processor – TUTTI Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act in a client-facing capacity, providing an outstanding customer experience while consistently achieving critical deadlines.

• Oversee loan pipelines with transparent, proactive communication regarding loan statuses and subsequent steps.

• Address pipeline needs across various regions as business requirements change.

• Diligently gather, examine, and authenticate loan application documents.

• Guarantee timely and compliant preparation, processing, and submission of loans for underwriting.

• Manage a diverse array of loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond programs (Texas).

• Collaborate with a high-performing team to navigate intricate loan situations and cater to varied borrower needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, with a significant focus on residential mortgage loan processing and pipeline management.

• Skilled in Encompass (or a similar Loan Origination System) and the Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

• Extensive knowledge of the mortgage lending sector, including a solid understanding of current RESPA regulations, compliance needs, and industry best practices.

• Proven expertise in a wide range of mortgage products, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Texas Bond loan programs.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while efficiently juggling multiple priorities and providing outstanding service to both internal and external clients.

• Strong orientation towards customer service, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative team-focused approach, with the aptitude to foster positive working relationships across departments.
