Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately process energy rebate requests through data entry and validation.

• Ensure the Integrated Customer Service team achieves program deliverables.

• Consistently meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Participate in process enhancements within a collaborative team environment.

• Uphold production and accuracy standards while minimizing critical errors.

• Adhere to specified standard operating procedures.

• Acquire new skills for upcoming programs and tasks to meet utilization targets set by the Supervisor.

• Work scheduled shifts, which may include split shifts, evenings, and Saturdays during peak times.

• Remain on the phone for the entirety of the scheduled shift.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in data entry is advantageous.

• Resourceful, curious, and energetic individual.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

• Flexibility in scheduling; split shifts may be necessary.

• Schedule may change with little notice.

• Availability to work evenings and/or Saturdays during high-volume periods.

• Maintain production standards of 90% or higher.

• Achieve an accuracy rating of 99%.

• Internet speed must be at least 10 Mbps upload, 20 Mbps download, with 99% latency.

• Ability to connect to the internet directly to the router.

• Dedicated home office space free from personal distractions.

• Two power connections required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or support.

• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment checks.

• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
