Process Management Specialist – Freight, Logistics, Master Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Input shipment information accurately, encompassing consignee details, transportation specifics, invoices, and other necessary documentation.

• Review shipping documents to confirm their completeness and precision prior to registration.

• Maintain and regularly update shipment records within the CargoWise system.

• Collaborate with international offices, customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure clarity regarding shipment information and documentation requirements.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve any data discrepancies and issues related to registration.

• Ensure all import files are processed in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).

• Monitor workflow queues and prioritize urgent shipments as necessary.

• Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.

• Address and resolve any complaints or inquiries.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures throughout all processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO setting, preferably in support of logistics or freight forwarding operations.

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any discipline.

• Proficiency in CargoWise is mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
