This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess current processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Create comprehensive process maps and documentation to aid in analysis.
• Generate and cultivate innovative ideas for process improvement by evaluating existing processes, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and researching industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with various departments and teams to comprehend their requirements, gather insights, and foster agreement on process improvement initiatives.
• Formulate and implement action plans for executing process enhancements.
• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Expertise in process mapping and analysis tools.
• Experience with metrics and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
• Familiarity with industry best practices, preferably within the mortgage sector, as well as continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring.
