Process Engineer – Refinery Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement sustainable processes and systems aimed at enhancing refinery margins by 2-3%

• Focus on achieving performance enhancements worth tens of millions of dollars within a timeframe of 6-8 months

• Leverage data analytics, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to execute improvement initiatives in over 40 refineries worldwide

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemicals, or a related field

• Established background in the Oil & Gas sector with 3-25 years of experience in managing or enhancing plant energy efficiency, process plant optimization, and gasoline blending

• Familiarity with tools such as Aveva PROII, Aspen HYSYS, SagePlus, etc.

• Advanced skills in data mining and data analysis, particularly in Excel

• Willingness to travel to Refinery client locations
