This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize, structure, and lead the comprehensive transformation project and strategy.
• Validate and enhance Return on Investment (ROI).
• Oversee budget management, planning, staffing, stakeholder communication both within and outside the project team, and define milestones along with PPI/KPI.
• Establish metrics and targets for the execution of the transformation project, as well as assess its effectiveness against anticipated ROI and SQDC.
• Prepare communications for the steering committee and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with the lean team to prepare and co-facilitate kaizen events.
• Develop the necessary plan, processes, documentation, governance, and change management strategies to facilitate the deployment of the transformation across all GA Regions and ensure sustainability of the change.
• Pilot the defined transformations in selected GA Regions as soon as they are available.
• Coordinate specific interactions with the Salt Lake City project team to implement the transformation in alignment with the business challenges in the Region (NAM).
• Apply lean principles and utilize cutting-edge technology, tools, and processes in the areas of DFX, AI, and R&A (Robotics & Automation).
• Demonstrated experience in engineering and industrial transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a strong electrical focus.
• Familiarity with and experience in the low voltage electrical sector, ideally in the protection and control of electrical substations.
• Strong expertise in Project Management with a proven track record.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical projects, ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software developers, data teams, production teams, and engineers, acting as both a domain expert and product owner.
• Proven change leadership skills with the ability to promote the adoption of new tools and workflows among seasoned engineering teams.
• An AI and R&A-oriented mindset with adequate knowledge, ideally including some implementation experience.
• Willingness to travel between 50% - 80% of the time.
