This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and document Quickbase solutions adhering to well-architected framework principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions utilizing various technologies.
• Create and sustain Quickbase architecture documentation, which encompasses architectural diagrams, PDD, SDD, and runbooks.
• Manage and oversee the Quickbase realm, including applications, users, roles, and pipelines.
• Optimize application structure for scalability, maintainability, and user-friendliness.
• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle.
• Design tables, relationships, fields, forms, reports, dashboards, and permission settings.
• Conduct reviews of Quickbase apps, pipelines, formulas, integrations, and configurations to ensure governance and standards compliance.
• Enhance existing workflows, pipelines, formulas, code pages, and associated configurations.
• Design, build, configure, and test Quickbase applications.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and Senior Automation Developer to adhere to enterprise architecture governance.
• Stay informed about technology trends to ensure Quickbase development remains competitive and secure.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in designing and implementing complex solutions within Quickbase, including pipelines and code pages.
• Proficient in integrating Quickbase solutions with external systems via APIs, databases, and other technologies.
• More than 3 years of experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and SharePoint.
• At least 2 years of experience in translating human processes into Quickbase solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodology with over 2 years of experience working in a Scrum team environment.
• Strong grasp of programming fundamentals and concepts.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript as applied within Quickbase.
• Experience with Formula fields and Dynamic rules.
• Capability to comprehend and translate business requirements into technical application solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, and integration patterns.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams concurrently.
• Strong time management abilities, capable of managing several business-critical projects at once.
• Understanding of core security and compliance principles in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adeptly apply new technologies and platforms.
• Capacity to perform essential physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
