Process Automation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify automation opportunities.

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions, such as RPA, workflow automation, scripts, and APIs.

• Test and integrate automation with existing systems.

• Maintain and update implemented automations, as well as troubleshoot technical issues.

• Document technical solutions, create user manuals, and develop training materials.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify needs and implement solutions.

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented automations, report results, and recommend improvements.

• Train employees on the use of deployed automation solutions.

• Continuously track trends and innovations in the field of process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (process automation, technology implementations).

• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and the ability to write automation scripts.

• Practical experience working with APIs, system integration, and API testing tools.

• Experience with automation tools.

• Analytical thinking skills, ability to synthesize information, and recommend solutions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business and technical teams.

• Proficiency in English sufficient for technical communication.

• Preferred: familiarity with e-commerce platforms, experience in a start-up environment, and knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
