Process and Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the sell-in and sell-out metrics of distributors, recognizing variances and opportunities for intervention.

• Monitor public-sector sales and bidding activities, including the analysis of pricing, volumes, and contract awards.

• Ensure adherence to the terms and conditions outlined in commercial agreements.

• Implement controls related to pricing, sales volumes, contracts, and commercial exceptions.

• Organize and maintain control documentation and supporting materials in line with audit standards.

• Assist with both internal and external audits, as well as compliance evaluations.

• Work in collaboration with the Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Legal departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in advanced Spanish.

• 2–4 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, Commercial Operations, Audit, or related fields.

• Familiarity with distribution models and commercial data analysis.

• Proficient in advanced Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

• Business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
