This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Collaborate closely with the Solution Engineer and PA Manager to outline the framework and scope of each project, establishing clear evaluation criteria and success metrics.
• Delegate projects effectively, ensuring prompt delivery while tracking vital metrics such as on-time performance, accuracy, and overall project quality.
• Conduct frequent check-ins with project teams to clarify queries regarding map structure, data, and workflow.
• Oversee comprehensive coordination with stakeholders, addressing any issues that could impact delivery, ensuring deadlines are adhered to, and providing weekly status updates.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues throughout the project lifecycle by offering tactical advice and coaching on best practices, mining, and mapping methodologies.
• Offer insights and solutions for intricate or unique cases/projects.
• Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to established quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance team members on pending tasks.
• Facilitate weekly planning and sync meetings for your team, delegating responsibilities, setting priorities, and defining deadlines.
• Contribute to the development of foundational processes and guidelines for the PA team’s operations.
• Create and enhance hiring assessments, including role-specific exercises and interview questions.
• Engage in the hiring process.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and address performance gaps or celebrate achievements.
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings to support team members' development and address challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field, such as Industrial Engineering, IT, economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in delivering multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with working alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in process analysis, optimization, process improvement, or process automation.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop a team, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring (Bonus).
• Background in stakeholder management and conflict resolution (Bonus).
• Experience in project management (Bonus).
