Process Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within an Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence to support a North American multinational client.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with client stakeholders in English.

• Analyze and document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes using BPMN.

• Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and detailed requirements specifications.

• Identify business rules, exceptions, and decision-making criteria.

• Map data across systems and establish the authoritative source for each information element.

• Evaluate the feasibility and potential ROI of new automation initiatives.

• Assist in testing efforts, including preparing test data, defining scenarios, and validating business outcomes.

• Act as a liaison between the business sector and the technical development team.

• Ensure process governance and maintain up-to-date process documentation.

• Track each project from discovery to production deployment.

• Design automation solutions utilizing RPA and Artificial Intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) for conducting meetings and producing formal documentation.

• Experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role.

• Strong understanding of BPMN modeling and requirements gathering techniques.

• Background in RPA or process automation projects.

• Excellent analytical and logical skills for structuring business rules.

• Availability to work during hours that align with U.S. time zones.

• Familiarity with UiPath or Power Automate.

• Experience with generative AI, AI agents, or Document Understanding projects.

• Experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle or similar platforms).

• Basic SQL skills; advanced Excel proficiency; and experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP/CCBA, CBPP/BPM CBOK, or UiPath Business Analyst.

• Ability to work autonomously and proactively manage stakeholder relationships.

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple workstreams at once.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
