This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Oversee the operational implementation of AI automation projects and assist in managing project timelines.

• Evaluate historical data and current operational standards to create and promote automation strategies.

• Assess and report on the effectiveness of automation projects using data to pinpoint efficiencies and enhance workflows.

• Collaborate with process improvement teams to facilitate the adoption of automation solutions at the frontline.

• Conduct training sessions and activities to enable teams in automation.

• Acquire knowledge of technical tools and platforms to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.

• Evaluate user feedback and formulate actionable recommendations for process enhancements.

• Convert AI strategies into actionable plans that promote process optimization.

• Act as a subject matter expert for designated micro-use cases, aiding automation initiatives and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.

• Deep understanding of operational metrics and reporting processes.

• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or comparable analytics and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with operating systems, payer portals, and electronic health records (EHRs).

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle back-end operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
