This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Design and create scalable, innovative, and valued programs that foster wellness and resonate with corporate values.
• Strategize and oversee the implementation and administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Develop and provide wellness and benefits communications to both leaders and employees.
• Collaborate with consultants, brokers, administrators, and insurers to assess services, coverage, and options.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements at the country, province, federal, state, and local levels.
• Supervise benefits enrollment, renewal, and delivery processes.
• Manage the U.S. benefits enrollment system and ensure accurate vendor data transfers.
• Coordinate and oversee the annual benefits open enrollment process.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual audits, census requests, and invoice payments/billing.
• Execute necessary filings with relevant parties.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate benefit communications effectively.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues.
• Review contracts, service agreements, and communication materials for precision and compliance.
• Monitor government regulations and industry trends.
• Collaborate with shared services resources on enrollments, communications, and issue resolution.
• Proven experience in managing and developing benefits programs for a multinational corporation.
• Familiarity with managing online enrollment systems and U.S. benefits compliance activities, including 401(K).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in total rewards and benefits administration.
• Experience in independently creating and implementing programs in global locations.
• Advanced knowledge of global benefits requirements, including health, welfare, and retirement programs and regulations.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Strong skills in presentation and data analysis.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in leading or guiding the work of others and mentoring or educating cross-functional peers.
