Problem Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze code modifications across unfamiliar repositories and various technology stacks.

• Evaluate the fairness of problems: Can a competent engineer resolve this with only the provided context?

• Assess the quality of tests: Do the tests effectively validate the intended solution?

• Compose clear justifications for your evaluations (2-3 sentences for each decision).

• Identify coherence issues: Inconsistencies in artifacts, ambiguous requirements, and missing context.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of software engineering experience (including internships, research projects, or professional roles).

• Proficient in English; strong writing skills are essential.

• Must be responsive, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented.

• Available for 0–25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
