Czech Junior AI Reviewer – Mechanical Engineering, Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate machine-translated content in Czech.

• Edit content in accordance with established guidelines.

• Verify that the content is accurate and understandable within the appropriate domain and subject matter.

• If shortlisted, complete a 30-minute to 1-hour linguistic skills assessment using the memoQ CAT tool or memoQWeb.

• Provide a brief application paragraph outlining your suitability for the role.

• Willingness to work with AI-driven workflows.

• Interest in reviewing translations produced through machine translation and large language model technologies.

• Dependability and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to thoroughly read and adhere to guidelines for various workflows.

• Proficient in English, with a minimum level of C1.

• Native proficiency in Czech.

• Expertise in mechanical engineering or robotics is preferred.

• Open to students and early-career professionals.

• Comfortable with adapting to new technologies, tools, and working methods.

• Capable of providing constructive feedback to enhance processes and workflows.

• Familiarity with the Windows operating system.

• Mac users must verify that they own software enabling a genuine Windows OS to operate alongside macOS.

• Knowledge of CAT tools is advantageous.

• Previous experience in machine translation or post-editing workflows is beneficial but not mandatory.
