• Reach out to potential heirs via phone using leads provided by the company.

• Clarify estate recovery opportunities and outline the process involved.

• Establish trust and rapport with individuals who may not be aware of their inheritance.

• Clearly communicate and obtain signed contingent fee agreements.

• Keep precise records of conversations and agreements.

• Follow up with potential heirs and assist them throughout the onboarding process.

• Collaborate closely with research and legal teams to ensure efficient case processing.

• Excel in a dynamic environment where quick responsiveness and efficiency are essential.

• Experience in Heir Search is an advantage.

• Preferred strong phone sales or consultative sales background.

• Capability to perform effectively in a highly fast-paced sales setting.

• Customer service skills.

• Compassionate demeanor.

• Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities.

• Aptitude for explaining complex topics in a straightforward and trustworthy manner.

• Comfortable navigating sensitive discussions regarding estates and inheritance.
