This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs while providing exceptional service that optimizes time and minimizes overall travel expenses.

• Deliver consistently high-quality service tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

• Efficiently manage workload to meet deadlines set by both clients and the company.

• Serve clients across various industry sectors within the broader business.

• Offer innovative and consultative travel solutions.

• Handle reservations for air, rail, car rentals, ferries, black cars, and charters.

• Maintain a complete client portfolio adhering to R&M and Navan standards.

• Develop meaningful relationships both internally and externally.

• Identify and implement ways to enhance the value of bookings.

• Utilize diverse fare types and ticketing techniques.

• Collaborate with the International Fares Desk to recognize differences in cross-market and local inventory.

• Negotiate competitive hotel rates through GDS and non-GDS channels, leveraging supplier relationships.

• Monitor bookings to identify opportunities for savings throughout trip completion.

• Leverage knowledge of client policies to ensure compliance and enhance the travel experience for clients.

• Oversee the client experience using various booking tools and provide primary support for both offline and online bookings.

• Offer cost-effective travel solutions while adhering to client policies and guidelines.

• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for all accounts.

• Regularly interact with colleagues based overseas.

• Implement Quality Control procedures in line with company and GREC standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with VIP clients is preferred.

• Results from skills assessments will be taken into account.

• Possess an exceptional telephone demeanor and strong written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in a core business travel setting.

• Proficient in one or more GDS systems: Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus.

• Experience with mixed-mode booking tools and providing first-line product support for offline and online bookings.

• In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including products, aircraft types, and cabin classes.

• Familiarity with Low-Cost Carriers and their offerings.

• Well-versed in booking systems for rail, black car, LCC, and OTA.

• Team-oriented mindset within an office environment.

• Experience with Microsoft software applications.

• Ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Willingness to independently pursue relevant training and complete it.

• Capability to achieve both individual and team-based business goals.
