This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Inspire outstanding performance in Pro growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent execution across the portfolio.
• Recognize and apply best practices effectively.
• Facilitate weekly sales updates and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Offer direction and support to the Outside Sales team regarding all facets of regional professional sales.
• Lead and drive change based on market conditions.
• Provide coaching and training to Pro Account Representatives through customer visits and management of Salesforce.com.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and formulate strategies to excel across all Pro customer segments and Home Depot departments.
• Develop an operational plan aimed at boosting Pro outside sales within the designated market to meet sales objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships and a profound understanding of Pro Customer requirements, focusing on meeting those needs.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior leadership experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in negotiating, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and managing grievances with both internal and external customers.
• At least 4 years of experience in account management or sales management.
• Over 4 years of experience in the home improvement or home building sector.
• Demonstrated successful professional advancement in a fast-paced retail environment.
