PRN Clinician, Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver utilization management and care management for behavioral health as well as healthcare navigation for ASD services offered to Lucet eligible members.

• Collaborate in the assessment, planning, facilitation, discharge planning, and advocacy to address member health needs utilizing available resources.

• Engage with members and families through telephonic assessments, ongoing support, education, and connection to community, state, and national resources.

• Confirm member eligibility and benefits, perform utilization reviews for ABA therapy, and coordinate peer reviews for cases that do not meet medical necessity.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, safeguard client confidentiality, operate within the limits of licensure, and adhere to regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and licensure, if required for the state of residence.

• Direct experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home and/or clinic environments.

• Proficient computer skills (Word and Excel).

• Capability to understand medical policy and criteria in order to effectively communicate health information.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check upon hire and throughout the duration of employment.
