Private Banking Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Accountable for fostering private client relationships, encompassing the origination of residential mortgages, additional credit facilities, and deposits.

• Engage clients and connect with influential networks to cultivate relationships by delivering exceptional client service to meet financial goals.

• Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic about business growth within a collaborative team setting.

• Establish and sustain strong connections with clients and business partners.

• Offer a concierge-level service experience to clients, which includes promptly addressing client and partner inquiries, delivering financial advice, and crafting customized banking solutions.

• Meet with clients and business partners in person, virtually, and through various networking opportunities, groups, events, etc.

• Recognize potential business opportunities via external referral sources.

• Collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team to devise strategies and marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; CFP and CTFA certifications are advantageous.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in private client/private banking.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to think creatively.

• Knowledge of specialty products is a plus.

• Expected to work independently while managing one’s own client portfolio and ensuring effective client retention and management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential.

• Basic computer proficiency is required, with prior experience in banking applications preferred.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
