This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships at all levels within leading MSP, MSSP, and Telco partners to propel Keeper’s annual and monthly recurring revenue (ARR/MRR) growth.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with Keeper’s go-to-market strategy, featuring clearly defined KPIs, SMART goals, and growth objectives.
• Identify and secure additional business opportunities through upselling, renewals, and the adoption of new services for Keeper’s password management, privileged access management (PAM), and cybersecurity platform offerings.
• Facilitate joint reviews with strategic partners to assess performance, analyze market trends, and formulate growth initiatives across Keeper’s MSP portfolio.
• Ensure that partner sales and technical teams are trained, certified, and prepared for market engagement through Keeper’s enablement programs and partner portal resources.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, customer success, and executive teams to support partner goals and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Mentor and guide the ISR 1 in developing their consultative sales skills, pipeline management, and strategic account execution capabilities.
• Provide accurate forecasts of pipeline activity and revenue performance, delivering strategic insights to the MSP leadership team.
• Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools to maintain precise records of activity, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
• Willingness to travel to customer meetings (locally, nationally, and internationally) up to 50% of the time and have the capability to rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or Channel/MSP sales with a demonstrated history of achieving sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the MSP/Telco ecosystem and partner-driven business models.
• Proven experience in developing and executing joint business plans and marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional skills in presentation, negotiation, and managing executive relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously while being deadline-driven.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, enablement, and technical teams.
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management tool; proficiency in Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a passion for mentorship and continuous improvement.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
