This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generating and distributing weekly and monthly operational reports utilizing Looker and Google Sheets.
• Composing communications to print service providers to initiate investigations, obtain updates, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assessing reports and printer communications to identify anomalies.
• Analyzing incoming support contacts to pinpoint trends and recurring issues.
• Maintaining shared trackers, dashboards, and documentation current in Google Sheets and Canva Docs.
• Balancing competing priorities among various PSP managers while delivering results.
• You excel in operational details and can handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• You are an adept written communicator who produces clear and professional external correspondence.
• You are a spreadsheet expert who creates and maintains effective sheets.
• You quickly learn new tools and require minimal guidance to become proficient.
• You demonstrate proactivity by following up before being prompted and addressing issues early.
• You are comfortable with uncertainty and can convert verbal instructions into documented, repeatable processes.
