This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee print services projects by liaising with clients and managing sale book timelines.
• Create sale book layouts that enhance breeders’ existing advertising campaigns or develop new designs based on provided or researched data.
• Collaborate with coordinators, sale managers, and breeders to define the visual aesthetics of sale books.
• Ensure that designs comply with the branding standards of Angus Media and the American Angus Association.
• Relay pertinent information to the production team.
• Guarantee the accuracy of printed materials.
• Organize and categorize data in electronic format.
• Implement leadership-driven initiatives that align with company objectives.
• Assist in the preparation, organization, and design of promotional materials or events.
• Handle multiple projects at different stages of completion, each with varying deadlines.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
• Report to the Angus Media Print Media Team Lead.
• Aid Angus Media’s print services production team in providing outstanding customer service and products.
• Proficient graphic artist with a strong enthusiasm for print design.
• Well-organized and experienced.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent computer skills, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge.
• Capability to organize, prioritize, and execute various tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a high level of commitment.
• Preference for local candidates, although remote candidates with substantial industry experience will also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience as a sales or marketing coordinator or in another administrative role would be advantageous.
• Sales or marketing certification would be beneficial.
• A background in agriculture, particularly in the beef industry, is preferred.
