This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create educational materials and learning content to facilitate Major Correctives operations, such as Blade Repair and Major Component Upgrade tasks.
• Collaborate with field teams, frontline leaders, the Major Correctives Technical Specialist, and the Major Correctives Safety Leader to gather input from the field and ensure content accurately reflects real execution requirements.
• Convert field practices, technical processes, safety standards, lessons learned, and operational necessities into well-structured training materials.
• Assist in the development of training content which includes instructor guides, participant materials, task-based learning modules, practical exercises, job aids, assessments, and reference tools.
• Ensure that materials are in line with approved procedures, technical standards, quality requirements, and EHS expectations.
• Create content that supports both existing work scopes and the adaptation of new technologies, methods, and turbine platforms.
• Collaborate with the Training and Learning team to strategize the rollout and implementation of newly created or revised training materials.
• Coordinate the timing of implementation based on operational priorities, workforce readiness, campaign schedules, and business needs.
• Support training deployment strategies, audience identification, sequencing, and preparation for delivery.
• Ensure that the Training and Learning team has the necessary information and documentation to conduct training effectively.
• Work with stakeholders to validate that implementation plans enhance execution readiness across field teams.
• Take responsibility for the ongoing review, updating, and enhancement of training content for Major Correctives operations.
• Maintain a focus on continuous improvement by incorporating field feedback, lessons learned, quality findings, safety observations, technical updates, new technology introductions, and platform growth requirements.
• Regularly assess training materials to ensure their relevance, accuracy, usability, and alignment with current field needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content structure, learning effectiveness, standardization, and accessibility.
• Update training materials to reflect any changes in procedures, tools, methods, technology, and business priorities.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in training development, learning program coordination, technical documentation, workforce capability, or a related area.
• Experience in a field operations, technical service, industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or wind environment.
• Proven ability to create structured training materials or technical learning content.
• Experience in working collaboratively across functions with technical, operational, and field-based stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and update cycles in a dynamic operational setting.
