This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Become a key member of our collaborative Training & Performance Strategy team in the role of Principal Training Specialist.
• Act as a strategic ally to business leaders throughout the organization.
• Collaborate closely with leaders and team members to grasp business priorities.
• Recognize performance needs and create tailored learning strategies that yield measurable results.
• Consult with leaders to evaluate gaps and translate business objectives into quantifiable, performance-oriented learning and development solutions.
• Work in partnership with our Design & Development team to facilitate the creation and execution of learning strategies that foster capability growth, reinforce knowledge retention, and encourage lasting behavior change.
• Set meaningful success metrics, assess the effectiveness of learning interventions, and utilize data and insights to ensure the application of learning and the achievement of business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects that align with organizational priorities, promote continuous improvement, and enhance team effectiveness.
• Oversee multiple initiatives, provide thought leadership on learning and performance best practices, and aid in cultivating a culture of ongoing improvement and development throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record of collaborating with leaders to comprehend business priorities, identify performance needs, and develop solutions that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in conducting needs assessments, exploring performance challenges, and performing root cause analysis to identify underlying factors and recommend targeted solutions.
• Established ability to influence decisions, foster stakeholder alignment, and build credibility across functions and organizational levels without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to transform business needs into actionable strategies, plans, and measurable success criteria.
• Experience in formulating, implementing, and assessing learning, performance, change, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to establish and utilize performance metrics, business measures, and data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness and guide decision-making.
• Experience in promoting the adoption, reinforcement, and sustained application of new skills, processes, or behaviors within an organization.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives, projects, or change efforts that involve multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong project management skills with the capability to manage several initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships with professionalism, diplomacy, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence.
• Flexibility to contribute both strategically and operationally across a variety of initiatives, applying expertise as needed to support business and organizational objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required; additional language skills are welcomed.
