• Educate the user community on Epic applications.

• Act as the authority on Epic clinical applications.

• Develop, test, and sustain the training technical environment.

• Generate and update training materials.

• Organize training sessions for super users.

• Accountable for instructing the user community on Epic applications.

• Function as the specialist on Epic clinical applications and related ProMedica clinical or operational workflows.

• Construct, evaluate, and uphold the training technical environment.

• Produce and manage high-quality training materials.

• Facilitate training for super users of the application.
