Principal Trainer – Cupid/Radiant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Responsible for training the user community on Epic applications.

• Act as the expert on Epic clinical applications and the associated ProMedica clinical or operational workflows.

• Build, test, and maintain the training technical environment.

• Create and uphold high-quality training materials.

• Coordinate training sessions for super users of the application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of two years of experience with Epic.

• Must obtain certified status within 90 days of hire in the designated Epic Cupid and Radiant.

• Knowledge of healthcare operations.

• At least two years of experience in an educational role within industry and/or academic settings.
