This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Drive referrals for patients and enhance awareness of therapy in specific regions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with physicians specializing in hypertension and community influencers.
• Assist in activating the territory by establishing new accounts in collaboration with current sales teams.
• Advocate for and provide education on the Symplicity therapy, serving as a specialist and resource.
• Implement targeted outreach strategies in high-potential markets with significant patient opportunities.
• Work alongside senior territory managers to ensure uniform messaging and alignment throughout the territory.
• Act as a reliable contact for physicians and their staff, fostering trust and credibility.
• Inform and empower providers with knowledge about therapy advantages and pathways that enhance patient outcomes.
• Assist in the contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.
• Engage in comprehensive training initiatives to enhance clinical and sales expertise.
• Keep precise records of account activities, outreach efforts, and territory performance metrics.
• Comply with all company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) along with 10+ years of experience OR an Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 6 years in Sales, including at least 2 years in Cath Lab Sales, Medical Capital Equipment, Surgical Sales, or hospital pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff.
• Track record of success in sales hunting and developing new accounts, successfully penetrating markets with innovative technologies.
• Achieved top 10% performance, recognized as a Presidents Club winner.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
