This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive patient referrals and increase awareness of therapy in specific areas.
• Establish and nurture relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community partners.
• Collaborate with existing sales teams to open new accounts.
• Act as a therapy specialist and resource by promoting and educating customers about the Symplicity therapy.
• Implement targeted outreach strategies in high-potential markets.
• Work closely with senior Territory Managers to ensure messaging consistency and territory alignment.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for physicians and their staff.
• Inform providers about the benefits of therapy and patient pathways.
• Assist with contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.
• Engage in training programs to enhance clinical and sales competencies.
• Keep accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance.
• Comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Travel frequently within the designated territory and visit multiple healthcare accounts.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience, Associate’s Degree with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 6 years in sales, with at least 2 years in Cath Lab Sales, Medical Capital Equipment, Surgical Sales, or hospital pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Ability to teach and educate medical staff, peers, and technical support personnel is preferred.
• Proven success in sales hunting, developing new accounts, and driving market penetration for innovative technologies is preferred.
• Top 10% past performance or Presidents Club winner is preferred.
• Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.
• Capability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 6–8 hours per day.
• Valid driver's license and insurance required to operate a moving vehicle.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and must be maintained throughout employment for positions below Principal level.
