This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the overall delivery relationship with designated program/project clients.
• Maintain regular and direct communication with senior managers, directors, and executives to provide technical insights and project updates.
• Lead the implementation of significant enterprise projects and smaller programs, managing team sizes ranging from 3 to 50 individuals (including TTEC Digital staff, contractors, client resources, and vendors).
• Establish and drive program management functions, including a communication plan, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation processes, functional documentation, and other internal procedures.
• Produce weekly status reports, either independently or in collaboration with project managers involved in the program, to update client stakeholders, delivery management, and the account team on project progress and issues.
• Ensure alignment with client stakeholders and enhance overall program customer satisfaction.
• Create and present financial reporting dashboards that convey project financial status to client stakeholders.
• Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints, implementing approved actions and workarounds to mitigate the impact of risks on the project/program, including delivering change management required for approved actions.
• Review project invoices for accuracy.
• Collaborate with project staff to develop work plans and assign tasks and responsibilities to meet specified project objectives.
• Provide coaching to project team members as necessary to optimize team efficiency.
• Manage the program resource plan, project plan, and schedule.
• Achieve project objectives within defined constraints.
• Perform and support project management duties related to resource utilization and revenue forecasting.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of established project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in delivering transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of the NICE CXone solution is preferred.
• Experience in developing a roadmap, designing, planning, documenting, and implementing end-to-end architecture using modern technologies such as Genesys Pure Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Avaya, inContact/NICE CXone, and/or other cloud telephony platforms, with a preference for NICE CXone.
• Over 10 years of Project/Program Management experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience leading large enterprise client projects with consulting service values between $500,000 and $10,000,000, including executive-level sponsorship and reporting obligations.
• Familiarity with managing projects using various implementation methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid approaches.
• Experience in leading a program comprising multiple projects and workstreams.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams with sizes ranging from 3 to 50 individuals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate, problem-solve, negotiate, drive, and persuade while maintaining positive relationships with client stakeholders, internal stakeholders, partners, project team members, and third-party partners.
• PMP or another Project Management Certification is strongly preferred.
