This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with security engineering teams to advance high-priority initiatives within the Security Product Line from inception to completion.
• Act as an embedded technical program manager for intricate, strategic security engineering projects.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of security programs that encompass detection and response, identity and access, infrastructure security, and application security.
• Establish roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and coordinate dependencies with engineering leaders and product managers.
• Manage ambiguity effectively, escalate issues as necessary, and eliminate obstacles.
• Develop scalable operational frameworks, processes, reporting schedules, and tools for the security organization.
• Maintain portfolio-level KPIs and align program delivery with customer satisfaction, reliability, and business results.
• Assist in ensuring SOX compliance for Usage-Based Billing features across Engineering, Finance, and Security.
• Oversee SOX compliance efforts and the implementation of SOX-compliant technical controls.
• Create a repeatable playbook for assessing and integrating new Usage-Based Billing features into SOX compliance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance planning, documentation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify AI opportunities in the execution of security engineering programs and convert them into strategic initiatives and investment priorities.
• Share best practices, workflows, and strategies that enhance the performance of the TPM team.
• Over 12 years of experience in technical program management.
• Extensive experience working alongside security or software engineering teams in a SaaS or cloud environment.
• Strong technical expertise to establish credibility with security engineers.
• Experience collaborating with senior security engineering leaders on platform direction, technical standards, and execution guidelines.
• Proven experience leading security programs in areas such as detection and response, identity and access management, infrastructure security, and application security.
• Ability to develop sustainable program structures, escalation paths, reporting schedules, and tools.
• Knowledge of SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, or MITRE ATT&CK.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools for effective program management.
• Experience in developing TPM methodologies, mentoring colleagues, and enhancing program quality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: familiarity with SaaS architecture and AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Preferred: PMP, CISM, CISSP, or CISA certification.
• Preferred: experience with Usage-Based Billing or revenue recognition controls.
• Preferred: familiarity with Asana, GitHub, or similar project management tools.
• Preferred: experience in integrating AI tools into security or engineering workflows.
• Annual cash compensation includes a base salary, on-target commissions for eligible positions, and annual bonus targets for qualifying roles.
